What do you keep in mind in your daily work and interactions with people?
Hidekazu Tachibana
I value "compassion" and strive to make proposals that are considerate of the other person's feelings. As a wealth management advisor, I maintain a professional mindset, think about what my clients need right now, and work together with them to implement the best solutions. I am conscious of building long-term trust relationships and want to be the first person clients turn to when they are in trouble. Also, when making decisions, I try to maintain a neutral position and give objective advice by eliminating my own subjectivity as much as possible.

What experiences form the background of your current way of thinking and work ethic?
Hidekazu Tachibana
I feel that I have been blessed with colleagues, seniors, juniors, and supervisors throughout my career. Spending time in an environment where we help and cooperate with each other has become the foundation of my current values. I played baseball for 16 years as a student, which taught me never to give up until the end and to think about how I should act to help the team as a whole achieve results. I believe these experiences helped me develop the ability to make decisions from a broad perspective.
Turning Point

Have there been moments in your work or daily life when you felt your way of thinking changed?
Hidekazu Tachibana
When I was working as a salaried employee, I felt uncomfortable focusing on short-term gains. As I explored that discomfort, I came to believe that growing together with clients from a long-term perspective is the most important thing in business. Building long-term trust relationships and walking together with clients ultimately leads to better choices for both myself and them. It's a small change, but it's one of the things I've become more conscious of.
Life

How do you spend your days off or breaks from work?
Hidekazu Tachibana
I value time with my family. Since my child is still small, I try to spend as much time as possible with my child and wife outside of work, often going to parks, shopping, or taking short trips nearby. I want to watch my child grow up closely, and daily life with my family has become my rhythm.
Future

Are there things you want to value or people you want to connect with in the future?
Hidekazu Tachibana
Going forward, I want to value encounters with people and interact with a variety of individuals. I find value in respecting others' opinions and connecting with people who are working hard toward their dreams. In my work, I want to continue to be someone clients choose, and strive to make everyone I interact with happy.
