What do you value in your daily work?

In my work, I try to understand what the other person truly wants. Even when showing properties or giving consultations, I make an effort to grasp not just their surface-level wishes, but also what they are concerned about and what they value. To do this, I sometimes pause during conversations to observe their reactions, or change the way I ask questions as needed. I try not to rush to answers and respect the other person's pace.

Please tell us about the origins that connect to your current work and attitude.

I grew up as the middle child among three brothers. Because of that, I naturally noticed changes in my older and younger brothers' moods and feelings. I often had opportunities to think about how I should behave within the family, and it became a habit to sense the atmosphere and emotional changes around me. Even now in my work, I often act while imagining the other person's position and feelings, and I think those experiences from back then may be influencing me.

Has your way of thinking or behavior changed as you continued working?

Manami Suzuki

I was originally the type to "just try things out for now," but at one point someone around me said, "Why don't you try thinking before you act?" Since then, I've made a conscious effort to pause and think before starting something. Acting quickly is important, but I've come to feel that there are things you can see by thinking ahead. Now, I try to keep that balance in mind.

How I Spend My Days Off

How do you spend your time outside of work or on your days off?

Manami Suzuki

I have a dog, so I often spend time taking walks with my dog or going to dog cafes. I also enjoy eating out and drinking, so going to various restaurants with friends is one of my pleasures. These times help me relax and refresh myself.

Are there any themes or things you want to work on in the future?

Recently, I've been involved in event management and marketing, and I feel like I want to learn more about SNS and similar areas. I don't have a clear goal yet, but I want to gradually learn and work on those things.
